Qld: Bike rider injured in hit and run
BRISBANE, Aug 17 AAP - Police are looking for the driver of a four-wheel drive vehicle
after a cyclist was seriously injured in an accident in Brisbane's north-west.
Police said a 32-year-old Ashgrove man was riding along Kelvin Grove Road in Kelvin
Grove about 8.30pm (AEST) yesterday when he was struck by the vehicle, which made a right-hand
turn in front of him.
The cyclist remained in a serious condition in the Royal Brisbane Hospital, police said.
They said the dark-coloured Toyota Landcruiser failed to stop after the accident.
